Wordpres templates also provides how much you just log into wordpress dashboard and choose Design -> Themes and select a template that is available and then click Activate theme chosen, but for a friend who has a blog on Hostingan alone or in any other free hosting you need an FTP software ( File Transfer Protocol) such as Filezilla, Cute FTP etc.. As an example I will show you how how to add or how uploadTheme at 000webhost.com following steps:
1. Open your FTP program, in this example using FileZilla
2. Fill in Text Box Name Server Host with your ex. Server16.000webhost.com
3. Fill in Text Box username with your account that have been registered in 000webhost.com
4. Fill Password
5. Fill Port text box with the number 21
6. Click the button Quickconnect
7. If everything has been filled and the successful connection to the remote site will appear directory-directory of your hosting
8. Continue to enter the public directory html -> wp-content -> themes
9. Right-click an existing template directory on the local site and select the menu upload
10. If the upload process on a public directory html -> wp-content -> themes already successfully then you are ready to use themes 11. To change the template that has been uploaded please login to your wordpress dashboard and choose Design -> Themes and select a template that is available and then click Activate chosen theme
